1982 - Franchise & Licensing Department Established

1988 - SuperGard Canada Ltd. Established

1996 - Autocom Systems Inc, Established

1997 - PPS Patent Purchase

1999 - GardGroup International Inc. Established

2003 - Oil Gard Franchise Division sold

2007 - A new division of GardGroup is launched "Surface Science" providing leading edge products utilizing Nano Technology
